Mr. Masi has over 24 years of experience in Facility Engineering and Property Management. He has managed all facets of daily operations for commercial office, medical, and institutional properties including writing and implementing policies and procedures to meet COA and JCAHO accreditation. Portfolios he has managed include an 8 building 400,000 square foot commercial office complex, 4 medical office/outpatient surgical centers, a 300,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution plant, and 108 JCAHO/COA accredited institutional/commercial sites throughout Illinois totaling 1.2 million square feet.

In addition to his extensive experience, Anthony is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona and Illinois and has continued his education in property management earning his Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR), Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facility Management Administrator (FMA) designations.
