Eddie Arndt
Brookstone Building Engineer

Eddie Arndt has ten years of experience in property maintenance and building engineering. He has been the lead engineer at the Brookstone since 1998.

Eddie has completed schooling and obtained certification for classes taken in electrical engineering, HVAC and mechanical engineering. He is air conditioning certified by the State of Arizona.

At the Brookstone, Eddie’s responsibilities include tenant satisfaction and customer service, supervision of all HVAC and electrical systems and maintenance, supervision of the maintenance staff and tenant improvements. During the past several years Eddie has been involved in all facets of implementation of the energy management system, lighting upgrades, restroom refurbishing and energy management systems necessary to win the Energy Star award from the EPA.
